The ideal candidate will be primarily be responsible for driving studio sales/memberships, and all studio operations.

Previous experience in Personal Trainer / Coaching, Fitness Coach, Health, Wellness, Training, Healthcare, Fitness, Athletic, Exercise, Sports, Fitness Professionals, sports medicine highly desirable.
Requirements/Responsibilities
Requirements:
- 1 years of PROVEN SUCCESS in sales, preferably membership sales within the fitness industry
- College level course work in Anatomy and Physiology or Certification
- Availability for 1-2 weeks out of town job training
- Effective listening skills necessary to elicit options and ideas in support of team relationship
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with studio owner
- Ability to manage and drive all revenue from membership sales
- Excellent communication and strong writing and interpersonal skills in person, on the telephone, and via email
- Ability to excel in a fast-changing, diverse environment
- Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgment
- Highly organized, proficient in data management, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Professional, punctual, reliable and neat
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Trustworthy and ability to handle confidential information
